Why this beats ChatGPT

Grip Strength Interpreter returns the patient's BMI-adjusted and absolute percentiles against age and gender stratified NHANES data. It displays and interprets all-cause-mortality hazard ratio based on the grip strength and proposes achievable targets and their ACM reductions. It also projects a grip-strength trajectory via naive prediction and predicts the age at which the patient would cross the cutoff zones for sarcopenia and similar. Chatbots don't do that.

  • Optimal ranges, not just “normal”

Generic AI uses normal lab ranges (based on population averages). This tool uses functional, best-outcome targets.

  • Evidence-locked math. Not hallucinations

Generic AI chatbots don’t know which calculated indices are best or their optimal cutoff values.

  • Quantified impact on longevity

See the estimated impact of grip strength on all-cause mortality and longevity.

  • Privacy by default
